Please send written booking confirmation by e-mail with full identity, name, address, phone number, number of guests, specifying number of adults, children and infants.

50% of the total amount required as a deposit and booking confirmation.

When reservation is made with less than 90 days notice, full payment is required.

Rates are discounted by 10% for rentals from 4 to 8 weeks.

All payment/transfer/refund/bank charges are at your own expense.

The booking confirmation must be faxed with a copy of your passport. Once we have received your booking confirmation and your deposit, you will receive a contract defining the terms, conditions and the total cost (rental rate, different services, deposit received).

It will include a warranty for breakages/damages and the amount of the deposit due.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept credit cards.

Full payment is required 30 days prior your arrival at the Villa Caroubier. If not received in time, the reservation will be cancelled. The deposit is non-refundable.

An additional deposit of 30% of the total amount will be payable on the day of your arrival as a warranty for breakages and/or damages, and any telephone/fax outlay/charges

The additional deposit will be refunded 2 weeks after your departure (assuming there are no breakages or damages, telephone or fax charges).

Payment is to be made by bank wire/telegraphic transfer directly to the owner (all necessary information will be provided after receipt of your fax confirmation).

A refund (50% of the deposit) is available for cancellations made within 90 days of arrival. No refunds are for cancellations after this date.

We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance.

The Rate:

Housekeeping service , Pool cleaning, Gardening.

Extra services available: cooking, washing and ironing the laundry

GENERAL SERVICES & CONDITIONS:

Final cleaning surcharge: 150 euros

Electricity: 15 KW per day, it will be requested 0.15 euros/extra per KW.

Linen and towel rental: Linen is changed once a week. Extra linen services available.
